Visit our Jobs page and browse through our current vacancies to find positions that match your skills, experience, and career aspirations. You can scroll through available opportunities or use the search function to filter by department, role, or location.
If you find a position that matches your experience and you meet the required criteria, click on the "APPLY NOW" button and complete the online application form.
Please ensure you have the following documents ready before applying
- An updated CV (in Word or PDF format)
- A recent professional photograph (No Selfie or AI generated images)
- A copy of your ID or passport
- A copy of your driver's licence (if applicable)
- Relevant qualifications and certificates
- Written references or contact details for at least two recent references
- For Chef positions: a current food portfolio
- If applying as a couple, both CVs and supporting documents may be uploaded

Important CV Tips
To improve your chances of being shortlisted, please ensure that your CV:
Has current and correct contact details
Includes the month and year for every position held (for example: January 2022 – March 2024), not just the year.
Clearly accounts for any gaps in employment. Examples may include:
- Self-employment
- Freelance work
- Contract work
- Studies or further education
- Travel or sabbaticals
- Family responsibilities
Contains accurate contact details and current references.
Includes all relevant qualifications, certificates, licences, and professional achievements.
A well-structured and complete CV significantly improves the recruitment process and helps us present your profile effectively to potential employers.
What Happens After You Apply?
You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please note that our recruitment team carefully reviews every application received.
If your experience matches the requirements of the position you applied for, or another suitable opportunity within our portfolio, an African Echoes consultant will contact you to discuss the position and confirm your interest before submitting your application to the employer.
Reference Checks
Please ensure that all references listed on your CV:
- Have agreed to be contacted
- Are aware that they may be contacted by our recruitment team
Client Review and Interview Process
Once your application has been submitted to the employer, African Echoes will await their feedback and keep you informed throughout the process.
If you are shortlisted, we will assist in coordinating the next steps, which may include interviews conducted via:
- Telephone
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- WhatsApp Call
- In person
Before your interview, African Echoes will provide you with all available information regarding the employer, the position, and the interview process.
If you are not shortlisted, we will advise you accordingly and retain your details on our database for future opportunities that may be suitable.
While we always aim to provide feedback, we can only share the information supplied to us by the employer, and unfortunately, detailed reasons for unsuccessful applications are not always provided.
Offer of Employment
Following your interview, African Echoes will provide feedback as soon as we receive it from the employer. We also encourage candidates to share their interview experience and feedback with us.
If you are offered a position and choose to accept, we will assist with any relevant documentation and onboarding requirements. Depending on the employer, this paperwork may either be completed before your commencement date or directly with the employer upon arrival.
Our Commitment to Candidates
African Echoes Recruitment does not charge candidates any fees for placement services. Our recruitment fees are paid entirely by the employer.
